The Learning and Skills Council is forming nine Regional Councils across the country, each of which will be crucial to delivering the skills this country needs to secure economic and social success. As a Regional Council Member or Regional Chair, you’ll use your business expertise and experience to provide direction and leadership to our work at a grass-roots level. It’s a chance to make a real and positive difference to the lives of thousands of young people and adults, to influence the success of businesses in your region, and ultimately to ensure the nation’s competitiveness.
The nine regions are:
- North West
- North East
- Yorkshire and Humber
- West Midlands
- East Midlands
- East of England
- London
- South East
- South West
